OVERVIEW
Welcome to The Cabri Collective LLC. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to The Cabri Collective LLC. The Cabri Collective LLC operates cabricollective.com and all related websites, stores, and digital properties, including The CLEAN AI Method, The Cabri Circle community, and all business services offerings (collectively, the "Services"). Our Services are powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.
To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online stores or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, and payment information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person. Protected page links, login access, prompt library access, Study Buddy Bot access, Builder Bot access, Digital Business Hub access, and community membership access are for the purchasing customer only and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or used by anyone other than the purchaser.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
The Cabri Collective LLC offers the following products and services:
Individual Digital Products
The CLEAN AI Method Ebook ($14.99) includes the ebook digital download only, as stated on the product page.
The CLEAN AI Method Enhanced Package ($197) includes the ebook, 10 guided video training modules, Training Prompt Library, Copy-Paste Prompt Library (18 categories, 150+ prompts), Study Buddy Bot access powered by DocsBot, 5 bonus downloads, and access to The Cabri Circle community. Copy-Paste Prompt Library access and Study Buddy Bot access are included for 90 days from the date of purchase. Community membership access is included for an introductory period as described on the product page, after which ongoing membership is available at $9.99 per month (AI Learner tier).
It is your responsibility to review the product description before purchasing to confirm what is included with your selected option.
Business Blueprint Experience ($497)
The Business Blueprint Experience is a one-on-one strategy session and personalized digital deliverable package. It includes a comprehensive intake questionnaire, a live 90-minute strategy session, a personalized digital Blueprint Binder delivered within 48 hours of the session, a comprehensive action item list, a structured 30-day and 90-day action planner, technology recommendations, and Cabri Collective recommendations for next steps. The Business Blueprint Experience does not include course access, Builder Bot, the fillable PDF planner, or the Digital Business Hub. One month of Cabri Circle community access is included at no additional charge. The Business Blueprint Experience is subject to the additional terms set out in Section 5C of these Terms.
Build It Yourself ($249)
Build It Yourself is a self-paced digital business launch package. It includes a step-by-step course delivered through The Cabri Circle, a branded fillable PDF planner, a Digital Business Hub (interactive planning tool), and access to Builder Bot. Build It Yourself does not include a personalized strategy session, a Blueprint Binder, or any customized recommendations. One month of Cabri Circle community access is included at no additional charge. After the included period, ongoing membership is available at the applicable tier rate.
Built For You (Custom Quote)
Built For You is a done-for-you digital business setup service. Scope, deliverables, and pricing are determined individually based on the client's specific needs and confirmed at the time of inquiry. Built For You engagements are subject to a separate scope of work agreement provided at the time of engagement. One month of Cabri Circle community access is included at no additional charge. This service is subject to the additional terms set out in Section 5D of these Terms.
Group and Employer Training Packages
The Cabri Collective LLC offers group AI training packages for businesses, organizations, employers, and networking groups (collectively referred to as "group purchases"). Group purchases are subject to the additional terms set out in Section 5A of these Terms.
Community Membership — The Cabri Circle
The Cabri Collective LLC operates The Cabri Circle, a community membership platform for learning, networking, and growth. Community memberships are available in three tiers: AI Learner ($9.99/month or $87/year), Business + AI ($29/month or $267/year), and Premier Business + AI ($59/month or $540/year). Membership terms are described further in Section 5B of these Terms.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. The Cabri Collective LLC reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until The Cabri Collective LLC confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as The Cabri Collective LLC may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
For group and employer purchases, orders are processed by invoice. Payment is required before access is set up for any enrolled team members. Group purchase orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received and acknowledged in writing by The Cabri Collective LLC.
For Business Blueprint Experience bookings, orders are processed through Fillout at thecabricollective.zite.so. Full payment of the session fee is collected at the time of booking via Stripe. Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received. See Section 5C for full booking and cancellation terms.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation.
Individual purchases are processed through our Shopify store at the time of purchase.
Business Blueprint Experience bookings are processed through Fillout at thecabricollective.zite.so with full payment collected at booking via Stripe. No split payment or deposit structure applies. Full payment is required to confirm a session slot.
Built For You services are invoiced based on the agreed scope of work. A deposit may be required before work begins, as specified in the scope of work agreement.
Group and employer purchases are invoiced professionally based on the confirmed headcount and applicable per-person rate. The invoiced total is calculated based on the exact number of individuals enrolled at the applicable tier rate. Minimum 3 people are required for group pricing. Individuals or pairs should use individual purchase options.
Community membership subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice to active members.
Ongoing group membership for employer-sponsored teams is billed per person per month or per person per year at the applicable group rate based on team size, as described on our Group Options page. Employers are responsible for notifying The Cabri Collective LLC of any changes to enrolled headcount prior to the next billing cycle.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account and payment information so that we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 5 — DELIVERY, PRODUCT ACCESS, AND DIGITAL RESOURCES
All CLEAN AI Method products are digital products delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.
After purchase, customers will receive access to downloadable files and/or access instructions by email. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address at checkout and to save your download links and access instructions.
To access protected content, you may be required to log in using the same email address used at checkout. If you experience difficulty accessing your downloads or protected resources, please contact us at support@thecabricollective.com.
The ebook, guided training, and bonus downloads may be saved for continued personal use. You may not share, resell, reproduce, distribute, publish, upload, or otherwise make these materials available to others.
Copy-Paste Prompt Library access and Study Buddy Bot access are included for 90 days from the date of purchase with the Enhanced Package. After the 90-day period, these tools are no longer included unless a separate arrangement has been made.
We reserve the right to update, improve, replace, remove, or change access methods, tools, pages, prompt libraries, or support resources as needed. If a change materially affects a resource during an active paid access period, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate alternative or support option.
SECTION 5A — GROUP AND EMPLOYER PURCHASE TERMS
This section applies to all group and employer training purchases made through The Cabri Collective LLC.
Minimum purchase. Group pricing requires a minimum of 3 enrolled individuals. Purchases for 1 or 2 individuals should use individual product options.
Headcount and invoicing. Group purchases are invoiced based on the confirmed exact headcount provided by the purchasing organization at the time of inquiry. The per-person rate is determined by the applicable team size tier as described on the Group Options page. The purchasing organization is responsible for providing accurate headcount information. If headcount changes prior to payment, the organization must notify The Cabri Collective LLC before the invoice is finalized.
Employee enrollment. The purchasing employer or organization is responsible for providing accurate names and email addresses for all individuals to be enrolled. The Cabri Collective LLC will use this information to set up individual training and community access accounts. Each enrolled individual will receive their own account and access — accounts may not be shared.
Completion reporting. The Cabri Collective LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide completion and engagement reporting to the purchasing employer or organization based on data available through our community platform. Reporting reflects activity tracked within our platform and is not guaranteed to be real-time or comprehensive. The Cabri Collective LLC is not responsible for individuals who do not complete the training or engage with the community.
Onboarding call. Each group purchase includes one live group onboarding call scheduled at a mutually agreed time. The onboarding call is provided once per purchase. Additional onboarding sessions, if needed, may be subject to additional fees.
New employee enrollment. If an employer wishes to enroll additional employees after the original purchase has been set up, the employer must contact The Cabri Collective LLC to arrange enrollment and applicable additional fees. New employees added after the original enrollment are not automatically included in the original purchase.
Community access. All enrolled team members receive 90 days of Cabri Circle community access (AI Learner tier) included with the group training package. After the 90-day included period, ongoing membership is available at the applicable per-person group rate as described on the Group Options page. The employer is responsible for notifying The Cabri Collective LLC if they wish to continue or discontinue community membership for their team.
Ongoing group membership billing. Employers who elect ongoing monthly community membership are responsible for notifying The Cabri Collective LLC of any changes to enrolled headcount prior to the next billing cycle. The Cabri Collective LLC will not automatically reduce headcount without written notification from the employer.
Refunds for group purchases. Group training packages are non-refundable once employee access has been set up and the onboarding call has been scheduled or delivered. If access has not yet been set up, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of payment.
Conduct and access. The Cabri Collective LLC reserves the right to remove community access for any enrolled individual whose behavior is abusive, harmful, disruptive, inappropriate, or violates the intended supportive nature of the community. The purchasing employer will be notified if an enrolled employee's access is removed for conduct reasons.
SECTION 5B — COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP TERMS
This section applies to all Cabri Circle community memberships, whether purchased individually or included as part of a product or service package.
Membership tiers. The Cabri Circle is available in three membership tiers: AI Learner, Business + AI, and Premier Business + AI. Each tier includes different content, resources, and community access as described on The Cabri Circle membership page.
Recurring billing. Monthly and annual membership plans involve recurring billing. By purchasing a membership, you authorize The Cabri Collective LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the selected plan interval until you cancel.
Cancellation. Members may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through their account settings or by contacting support@thecabricollective.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
Included access periods. Some products and services include community membership access for a defined introductory period of one month at no additional charge. After the included period ends, continued access requires an active paid membership. Access will not continue automatically without a paid subscription.
Community conduct. Members are expected to engage respectfully and constructively. The Cabri Collective LLC reserves the right to remove community access without refund for behavior that is abusive, harmful, disruptive, inappropriate, or that violates the intended supportive and professional nature of the community.
Content and availability. Access to community spaces, discussions, resources, live sessions, and trainings may change over time as the community evolves. We do not guarantee the availability of specific content, sessions, or features at any particular time.
No guarantees. No guarantees are made regarding specific results, business outcomes, income generation, skill advancement, or networking outcomes from participation in the community.
Training inclusion. The content and trainings included at each membership tier are described on The Cabri Circle membership page and are subject to change. Members will be notified of material changes to included content with reasonable advance notice.
Business Directory. Businesses that complete a Cabri Collective program may be listed in The Cabri Business Directory within The Cabri Circle community for as long as they maintain an active paid community membership. Listing in the Business Directory is a membership benefit and is not guaranteed to drive specific business results. The Cabri Collective LLC reserves the right to remove any listing that violates community standards.
SECTION 5C — BUSINESS BLUEPRINT EXPERIENCE TERMS
This section applies to all Business Blueprint Experience bookings made through The Cabri Collective LLC.
Booking and payment. Sessions are booked through thecabricollective.zite.so. Full payment of the session fee is required at the time of booking via Stripe to secure your session slot. Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received.
Cancellation and rescheduling. You may reschedule your session up to 72 hours before the scheduled time without penalty by contacting support@thecabricollective.com or using the rescheduling link in your booking confirmation. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the session will receive a full refund minus any applicable processing fees. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full session fee.
Session recording and transcript. With your consent, your strategy session may be recorded and transcribed for the purpose of creating your personalized Blueprint Binder. You will be informed of any recording at the start of the session. If you do not consent to recording, we will take written notes during the session instead. Recordings and transcripts are used solely to create your Blueprint Binder and are not shared with third parties except as required for transcript processing.
Blueprint Binder delivery. Your personalized digital Blueprint Binder will be delivered within 48 hours of your completed strategy session. The Blueprint Binder is a customized digital document reflecting the information and discussion from your session. The content and sections of the Binder are tailored to your specific business and session discussion and may vary from client to client. The Blueprint Binder is for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.
No guarantees. The Business Blueprint Experience is a strategy and planning service only. It is not a guarantee of business success, revenue, client acquisition, or any specific outcome. The Cabri Collective LLC provides strategy, structure, and recommendations based solely on the information provided by the client during the intake process and session. We do not guarantee that following the recommendations in your Blueprint Binder will produce any specific result, income level, or business outcome. Results depend entirely on your individual efforts, decisions, execution, circumstances, and factors outside our control. No statements made during your session or in your Blueprint Binder constitute a promise or guarantee of any outcome.
Community access. One month of Cabri Circle community access is included with the Business Blueprint Experience at no additional charge. After the included period, continued access requires an active paid membership. See Section 5B for full community membership terms.
SECTION 5D — BUILT FOR YOU SERVICE TERMS
This section applies to all Built For You digital business setup services provided by The Cabri Collective LLC.
Scope of work. Built For You services are custom engagements scoped individually based on the client's specific needs. A scope of work document will be provided and must be agreed upon in writing before any work begins. The scope of work will specify the deliverables, timeline, pricing, and any other terms specific to the engagement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the scope of work, the scope of work controls with respect to the specific engagement.
Intake and client responsibilities. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required to complete your project, including but not limited to your logo, brand colors, images, product or service details, pricing, bio, and business name. Delays in providing required information may result in delays to your project delivery. The Cabri Collective LLC is not responsible for project delays caused by incomplete or delayed client input.
Project Hub. Built For You clients will be provided access to a shared Project Hub workspace where project status, client to-dos, and completed deliverables are tracked. You are responsible for reviewing and responding to requests within the Project Hub in a timely manner.
Revisions. The scope of work will specify any included revisions. Requests for revisions beyond the included scope may be subject to additional fees.
Delivery. Completed deliverables will be provided as specified in the scope of work. Final delivery is contingent on receipt of full payment. The Cabri Collective LLC retains the right to withhold delivery of final files until all outstanding fees are paid.
Intellectual property. Upon receipt of full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. The Cabri Collective LLC retains ownership of any underlying templates, frameworks, workflows, tools, and methods used in the creation of your deliverables.
Refunds. Due to the custom nature of Built For You services, refunds are not available once work has begun. If you choose to cancel before work begins, any deposit paid will be refunded minus applicable processing fees. Cancellation terms are specified in the scope of work agreement.
Community access. One month of Cabri Circle community access is included with all Built For You engagements at no additional charge. After the included period, continued access requires an active paid membership. See Section 5B for full community membership terms.
No guarantees. The Cabri Collective LLC does not guarantee that your completed digital business setup will produce any specific business result, revenue, traffic, or outcome. Results depend on your individual efforts, marketing activities, and factors outside our control.
SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by The Cabri Collective LLC, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign patent, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent.
The Cabri Collective LLC and The CLEAN AI Method materials, including but not limited to ebooks, bonus downloads, guided training videos, training page content, prompt examples, prompt libraries, Study Buddy Bot content, Builder Bot content, Blueprint Binder templates and content, worksheets, guides, frameworks, and related resources, are owned by The Cabri Collective LLC or its licensors and are provided for the purchasing customer's personal use only.
You may not copy, share, resell, reproduce, distribute, publish, upload, teach from, train another tool on, or create derivative products from these materials without our prior written permission.
The Cabri Collective LLC name, The CLEAN AI Method name, The Cabri Circle name, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of The Cabri Collective LLC or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such trademarks without our prior written permission.
SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
You may be provided with access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services. We neither monitor nor have control over such tools.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Some products and services include access to AI-related tools, chatbot-style learning tools, embedded tools, prompt libraries, or other technology-supported resources including our Study Buddy Bot powered by DocsBot, our CC Cabri Companion bot, and our Builder Bot. These tools are provided for educational and practice purposes only.
The Business Blueprint Experience booking process uses Calendly for appointment scheduling and Stripe for payment processing. Waitlist registrations and inquiries may be collected through Jotform. These third-party services operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies. By using these services in connection with our offerings, you are also subject to their respective terms and policies.
You understand that AI tools and chatbot-style tools may generate incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unexpected responses. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding how to use any output or information generated by such tools.
You agree not to submit sensitive personal information, passwords, financial account information, medical information, confidential business information, private client or student information, or any information you are not authorized to share into any AI tool, chatbot, prompt field, or support tool connected with The Cabri Collective LLC.
SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain materials and hyperlinks to websites provided or operated by third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party materials or websites. If you decide to leave the Services to access third-party sites, you do so at your own risk.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your access of any third-party websites or your purchase or use of any products, services, or content on any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third party's policies and practices before you engage in any transaction.
SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
The Cabri Collective LLC is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with The Cabri Collective LLC. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and The Cabri Collective LLC, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with The Cabri Collective LLC.
SECTION 10 — PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services. Review our Privacy Policy for more details on how we, Shopify, and our partners use your personal information.
SECTION 11 — FEEDBACK
If you submit, upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, proposals, plans, or other content (collectively, "Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including for commercial use.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to all Feedback and that your Feedback will comply with these Terms. We are under no obligation to maintain your Feedback in confidence, pay compensation for your Feedback, or respond to your Feedback.
You agree that your Feedback will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary right. You are solely responsible for any Feedback you make and its accuracy.
SECTION 12 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on or in the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
SECTION 13 — PROHIBITED USES
You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not access or use the Services, directly or indirectly: (a) for any unlawful or malicious purpose; (b) to violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (d) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or harm any of our employees or any other person; (e) to transmit false or misleading information; (f) to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with these Terms; (g) to transmit any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation; (h) to impersonate or attempt to impersonate any other person or entity; or (i) to engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services.
In addition, you agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, extract, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) spam, phish, pharm, or pretext the Services; (e) use any robot, spider, scraping, data gathering and extraction tools, automatic devices or processes, AI tools (such as agentic AI), or automated or manual means to access the Services without our permission; or (f) interfere with, bypass, or circumvent the security or authorization features of the Services. We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated any part of these Terms.
SECTION 14 — AGENTS
14.1 This section applies if you use, allow, enable, or cause the deployment of an Agent to access, use, or interact with any Services. "Agent" means any software or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, any person or entity and that can be executed without direct supervision.
14.2 No Agent may access, use, or interact with Services unless it identifies itself and operates in strict accordance with the requirements in section 14.4 below. No Agent may access the Services if we have requested that the Agent refrain from doing so.
14.3 We may limit, including by technical measures, whether and how any Agent accesses, uses, and interacts with Services.
14.4 Agents must: (i) identify that the request is from an Agent and disclose the name of the Agent in the request's user agent string; (ii) not conceal or obfuscate that any access, use, or interactions are from an Agent; (iii) respond truthfully to any question seeking to determine if interactions are coming from a human or a computer; (iv) not circumvent or otherwise avoid any measure intended to block, limit, modify, or control whether and how Agents access, use, or interact with the Services.
SECTION 15 — TERMINATION
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services in our sole discretion at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
The following sections will continue to apply following any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
SECTION 16 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The information presented on or through the Services is made available solely for general information purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
